During May 2023, the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy is offering nature walks on Palos Verdes trails, volunteer opportunities, team leader training & student community service hours.

Palos Verdes whale watching & other marine themed events will be part of Whale Of A Day at Point Vicente Interpretive Center in Rancho Palos Verdes on Saturday, April 15, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Palos Verdes 2023 Summer School Registration has begun for elementary school students, intermediate students will open on April 5, 2023, and high school students must go to the ACTIVE website to register for summer school classes.

South Coast Botanic Garden Presents Washed Ashore - a 45 minute tour through the Garden with its large Art To The Sea sculptures (begins April 1, 2023).

Palos Verdes Peninsula High School Choir will present their Spring Concert on Friday, March 17, 2023, at 7:30 p.m. at Rolling Hills United Methodist Church.

Palos Verdes Weekend Events include South Bay Musicians at South Coast Botanic Garden, Goat Yoga at South Coast Botanic Garden, and Athens Services Shred & E-Waste Collection Event at Palos Verdes High School.

Whale watching off the Palos Verdes coast has begun with 277 gray whales spotted from the Point Vicente Interpretive Center There are also two local Whale Watch cruises.
