Palos Verdes High Schools Again In Top 100 Rankings!
In a recent article about local and national schools districts, it was reported that both Palos Verdes Peninsula High School and Palos Verdes High School ranked among the 2016 Top 100 Public High Schools in California. These rankings in the NICHE system showed factors that include state test scores, college readiness, graduation rates, SAT/ACT scores, teacher quality, students and parent reviews and more. The NICHE rankings showed that the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District’s two high schools place high with Palos Verdes Peninsula High School at #9 and Palos Verdes High School at #28 in the top 100 of California’s public high schools. On the national level Palos Verdes Peninsula High School came in at #84, and Palos Verdes High School was #267.
These high rankings indicate how hard our school counselors and staff work to challenge students with advanced placement college-level courses/tests and how diligent the students themselves are.
