Easter Ballroom Brunch will be taking place with seating times at 9:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:00 p.m., and 1:30 p.m. The Easter Ballroom Brunch includes and opulent buffet of traditional favorites and array of culinary stations, house made sweets, bottomless mimosas and more. Also diners can enjoy an Easter Egg hunt and special appearance of the Easter Bunny.
Mar’sel will be serving an elevated Sunday brunch featuring a delicious three course menu created by Chef Fabio Ugoletti, including homemade cavatelli with lamb ragu, strawberry waffles, and more. Wine pairing will also be available. The restaurant will be serving from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., priced at $135 Adults/$65 Kids (Ages 5-12)/$30 Kids (Ages 5 and under).
Bashi Restaurant will be offering savory inventive and inspired menu selections including lamb ribs marinated in bulgogi sauce served with watercress salad, paired with specialty cocktails and sake. They will be serving from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m.
Catalina Kitchen will be having a fun gathering with delicious offerings for everyone featuring savory and sweet selections including carving stations, omelet bar and Chef Pierino Jermont’s desserts and gelato station. The restaurant will be serving from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and priced at $140 Adults/$65 Kids (Ages 4-12)/$30 Kids (Ages 2-4).
For more casual dining, Nelson’s will be offering their specialty menu items from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Lobby Bar & Terrace will be serving specialty Easter offerings including lamb burger and the Lavender Spritz – their specialty offerings are served from 12:00 noon to 10:00 p.m.
