During August 2023, the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy is offering nature walks on Palos Verdes trails, volunteer opportunities, team leader training & native plant sales.

St Luke's Presbyterian Church will be presenting "The Artisan Guitar Ensemble" on Sunday, July 30, 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Shakespeare by the Sea will be presenting "Twelfth Night" and "Hamlet" as their final festival closing performances, on Friday, August 4th & Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Point Fermin Park.

Special Dog Walking Hours at the South Coast Botanic Garden will take place on Sunday, July 30, 2023, with advance reservations for time slots between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

The Palos Verdes Neighborhood Church is presenting their free Summer Sunday Sounds concerts on July 16 & August 20, 2023.

Fourth of July activities 2023 will be taking place at Point Vicente Park, Seaside Lagoon & the Riviera Village this year. There will be no local firework display this year in Redondo Beach due to new LA Regional Water Quality Control Board rules.

South Coast Botanic Garden presents its July Sunset Series of three concerts for all to enjoy on Thursdays beginning July 6, 2023.

Malaga Cove Summer Concerts In The Park returns on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, and continues through August 16, 2023, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Malaga Cove Art On The Lawn Shows are sponsored by the Palos Verdes Art Center and are held once a month from June through October at the Malaga Cove Plaza green space. Dates are times are listed here.
